Banking and credit concerns topped last year's consumer complaints here in Michigan, according to Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox.
Cox says this is the second year that banking and credit concerns, including identity theft topped the list.
The Attorney General recently launched a campaign to catch and prosecute occurrences of ID theft. He says consumers must stay on their guard to prevent everyday credit and banking transactions from becoming virtual heists.
Other complaints making the list include retail complaints, Internet and motor vehicle complaints.
