Ingham County Sheriff Gene Wrigelsworth announced Monday he is seeking a fifth term.
Sheriff Wriggelsworth says among his greatest accomplishments has been to "modernize" Ingham county's Sheriff's office. He says his future goals is to find a way to get the mentally ill out of the jail system.
Gene Wriggelsworth was first elected Ingham County Sheriff in 1988.
