$2.5 million worth of cocaine gets intercepted in Jackson County before making its way into Canada. Michigan State Police say on Monday night, an officer at the eastbound Interstate 94 inspection station noticed a violation when the truck pulled onto the scales.
The officer looked in the cargo and found the 99 kilograms of cocaine hidden in the load of lettuce.

Two people were arrested and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
