The Ludington police chief says a 14-year-old boy who brought a loaded revolver to school in his backpack last week planned to shoot three teachers.
The eighth-grader at OJ DeJonge Junior High School was suspended indefinitely after the revolver was found January 15.
The boy was in juvenile court yesterday for a hearing on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent.
He is being held at an Ottawa County juvenile detention facility.
