The Delta Township Applebee's will stay closed until Thursday to stop the spread of a possible norovirus.
The restaurant closed for three days last week after several confirmed norovirus cases.
The Barry-Eaton County Health Department said it could reopen Thursday, but four people have reported getting sick since then. Those cases have not been confirmed as norovirus. Health officials are awaiting test results.
Crews disinfected the Applebee's building for the third time and management chose to remain closed for a full 72 hours- the amount of time it takes for the norovirus to die-out.
