We've done it. You should too. That's message from the state's First Man Dan Mulhern who is urging parents to pay state savings programs for their children's college education.
Mulhern reveals he and his wife, the governor, has purchased Michigan Education Trust contracts for their two daughters and the Michigan Education Savings Program for the girls and son Jack.
"We've covered all the bases," he tells News Ten. Mulhern attended a news conference at the capitol on Wednesday with the MSU women's basketball coach.
