Another batch of mid-Michigan soldiers prepare to train in Wisconsin and then spend six months in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
About 200 Army National Guardsmen will begin their term of service Wednesday night.
Soldiers at the HHB 1-119th prepared for the tour of duty by eating a pre-holiday meal with loved ones.
They will train in Wisconsin for about four to six weeks before going to Cuba.
Their service is part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
