Carry-on restrictions are easing up at Lansing's Capital City Airport and across the country. Beginning Tuesday, September 26, passengers will be allowed to take three ounces of liquid, gel and aerosol on-board airplanes. Travel-size toiletries and other items will have to be in a clear plastic zip-lock bag and need to be inspected by Transportation Security Administration officials. Travelers will also be allowed to bring beverages and other items on planes when bought in a secure boarding area.
