The state transportation budget bill passed on a 29-2 vote Thursday, and was sent to Granholm for her signature.
The bill reflects an agreement between the Democratic governor and Republican legislative leaders. They agreed to revive half of the 34 road projects Granholm delayed earlier this year to save money.
The restored projects include freeway interchange construction in Oakland County and roadwork in the Grand Rapids, Saginaw Bay and northern Lower Michigan areas.
Granholm plans to finance most of the projects with $200 million raised through the sale of bonds. Another $50 million will come from other sources.
