A former Lansing Police Officer will spend the next six months in jail, plus two years on probation.
James Lanfrankie was sentenced Wednesday. He pleaded guilty to "conspiracy to contributing to the delinquency of a minor."
The prosecutor says the allegation was made last spring, but stems from an incident six years ago.
While on probation, Lanfrankie cannot have contact with children under 17 including his own children. He also cannot drink alcohol or go to establishments that serve alcohol.
