The 4th Annual Common Ground began its set-up process Tuesday. The festival is a seven-day music and entertainment event that officials hope becomes more profitable.

Crews beginning the set-up say they plan to widen fence areas around high pedestrian traffic spots and better staff security at entry posts.

It’s all in an effort to expedite concertgoers into and from the venue.

More than 70,000 are expected to attend the weeklong concert and entertainment festival.
