Peace and War Advocates at the Capital

By  |

Peace advocates shouting, "One two three four, we don't want another war," boasted their anti-war signs and chants at the capital Thursday to protest the war that has begun in Iraq.

Adults flashed their colorful peace signs while children tallied the number of drivers who honked in favor of peace as they drove by the protest.

War supporters were less visible, but one Bush advocate joined in the chants by answering "War!" and "Now!" When peace advocates shouted, "What do we want...When do we want it?"

Several supporters of military action said they think peace advocates should support the President and the troops abroad.
