If certain security measures aren't pulled for the Nazi rally Saturday, the National Socialist Movement will file an injunction with Ingham County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Bill White, Spokesperson for the NSM, arrived in Lansing Tuesday. He says he'll attempt to meet with city leaders Wednesday morning and if he gets nowhere with that he'll go to court. White feels civil rights will be violated if Michigan State Police put up chain link fence and use metal detectors. The State Police will unveil security details Thursday, but has said in the past it could use metal fencing and metal detectors.
Lansing City Attorney Brigham Smith says the city is prepared should the Nazis file an injunction.
