Gov. Rick Snyder signed a bill into law Tuesday, allowing women to breastfeed wherever they wish without being charged with public obscenity or public nudity.
The Michigan Breastfeeding Network says the law was needed because women were deterred from breastfeeding -- something the network says decreases infant mortality rates.
