MUGSHOT FROM WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

A | A | A

Officials say Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has been taken to jail.
The Wayne County sheriff's office says the mayor will spend the night in jail and is permitted visitors.
He is to be photographed and issued a green Wayne County Jail jumpsuit and will be housed alone in a restricted area of the jail because of his high profile.
A judge revoked Kilpatrick's bond after he found the mayor violated the terms of his bond by going to Canada and not informing the court.
The ruling Thursday came after the mayor apologized to the court, saying it won't happen again.
The judge says he would have given the same treatment to any criminal defendant.
Kilpatrick faces perjury and other charges.
He has denied the charges.

Housed alone, bull, put him with the other crimals, he is NO better. I wish this state had the electric chair, I would pull the switch. If Jen get in the way put the strap around her also.

Maybe the justice system isn't a complete failure. Well before I speak too soon let's wait and see what ol' Jenny has to say during the trial.
