The annual "Take Back the Night" march, rally and candlelight vigil is set Tuesday night in East Lansing.
Statistics show a woman is raped or sexually assaulted every two minutes.
The "Take Back the Night" events are organized to help empower victims of sexual assault and to send a clear message to sex offenders that "No means No."
The candlelight vigil will be held at Beaumont Field on the MSU campus. The vigil will be followed by the rally at 7:15 p.m. The march begins at 8 p.m. at Beaumont Tower and ends at the 54-B District Court.
