Dan and Brenda Tatro were shocked to find a message on their answering machine Friday night saying the City of Jackson had "exhausted" its resources to thaw their pipes, which had been frozen for a week.
In fact, most of the block the Tatros live on has been without water for at least a week.
The mayor says his crews are stumped by the storm and are trying to come up with a solution.
