Where can you find mid-Michigan's worst roads? You Wmailed us your picks and we hit the streets.
We received reports in roads all over mid-Michigan, but most of the messages focused on Lansing roads. We checked Kalamazoo St. near Cedar St., St. Joseph St. near I-496, Pine St. and Washington Avenue too.
Dean Johnson, Engineer for the City of Lansing, says he knows roads are bad in some areas and the city does have plenty of projects ready for the start of construction season. Most of the projects fall in with the city's Combined Sewer Overflow Project. Michigan Avenue near downtown will reconstructed this season.
Washington Avenue between Willoughby and Edgewood will also be reconstructed.
