Ahead of Gov. Rick Snyder's 7 p.m. State of the State address, legislators have mixed feelings on the success of the past year.
Sen. Rick Jones (R-Grand Ledge) says he expects the governor to tout Michigan as a comeback state and would agree, adding, "Michigan has come back from the recession better than any other state."
Rep. Andy Schor (D-Lansing) isn't as positive. "This year has had good and bad moments," he said.
