The Lansing Board of Water and Light still has 1,100 without power and many of them came out to its walk-in centers today.
BWL employees are taking down addresses of those without power, hoping to give an estimate of when it will be returned. The utility company is also trying to figure who may have fallen through the cracks in restoration efforts.
Many customers are frustrated, having been without power for nine days.
