Edward H. Rockwell (21 of Leslie) was pulled over for a burned out headlight Thursday night in Leslie Township. Investigators eventually found two pipe bombs, meth making components and a double-edge knife in Rockwell's possession and in his vehicle.
Rockwell, on parole stemming from two prior meth convictions, was arrested.
The investigation led to a residence where a small arsenal of weapons was found, including several knives and daggers, a shotgun, pipe bomb and meth making material.
Rockwell is being held on 30-thousand dollars bond after being arraigned on three separate charges as a habitual offender.
His preliminary hearing is set for February 23.
