ST. JOHNS, MI - Michigan members of Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, released a report that shows implementation of a proposed state-federal early childhood education partnership could reduce the number of people who are incarcerated in Michigan.
The partnership could mean more than four thousand less inmates every year, and could save the state more than $206 million dollars.
