Survival Flight Visits Onondaga Township Fire Training


Firefighters in Onondaga township held training Saturday, to practice extracting people from serious car accidents. The training was routine to keep the firefighters sharp, one visitor was unique.

The University of Michigan survival flight stopped by to help teach the fire department.

The helicopter from Mott's Children Hospital made a surprise visit to lend their expertise in getting victims out of dangerous situations.
