Former Charlotte doctor Kassem Hallak was given the maximum sentence Wednesday of 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting some of his female patients in his office.
Hallak was found guilty on several counts of criminal sexual misconduct in June for incidents happening between 2002 and 2010.
His license to practice medicine has since been revoked.
WILX's Josh Sidorowicz was in the courtroom today and will have reaction from both Hallak's attorney and the prosecuting attorney tonight on News 10 at 5.
