Charges have been dropped against a 16-year old girl for the car accident that critically injured her little sister last January.
Hallie Collett was dropping her sister Brielle off at Hayes Middle School on an icy Nixon Road in Grand Ledge when she lost control and crashed into a school bus.
Hallie will get a two-point traffic ticket for the crash, despite not being cited when it happened.
Her mom, Joli, told me Brielle is getting better and will be coming home permanently August 23 but will still need therapy.
