It's been months of speculation, but Monday, GM confirms the Saturn Outlook and the Buick Enclave will be built at Lansing's Delta Township plant. They also say a GMC crossover vehicle will be built there. We've learned it will be called the Acadia.
The Enclave was introduced at the Detroit auto show Sunday. The concept vehicle is a six-seater with individual captain seats for each passenger. Buick says it marries Buick's classic style with modern elements. They hope to attract a younger buyer to the Buick line.
It will replace the Rainer and the Rendezvous, both currently SUVs anchoring Buick.
