The announcement was made during a Thursday press conference.
Wriggelsworth also confirmed the dead body found in a Lexus parked in front of a Houghton Hallow subdivision home was a male of Vietnamese descent, thought to be in his 20's.
A preliminary ID of the body has been made through tattoos... but, detectives are awaiting autopsy results for confirmation.
They are also still trying to contact the owners of the home where the car and body were found... whom they also believe to be the parents of the victim.
In the meantime, Sheriff Wriggelsworth says residents in the area should rest easy. He says this seems to be a targeted attack, and no one else would be in any danger.
