As people try to keep up with their New Year's Resolutions, more and more people are signing up for the latest fad, Yoga. But buying a video could be harmful to your health.

More than 18 million people are hanging out in Yoga classes around the country. But doctors are reporting that more and more people are limping their way out of class.

Yoga instructors say many injuries occur in the home due to videos. Sales of in home Yoga videos have gone up 40 percent in the last few years, but that increase has left behind a trail of injuries.

Chiropractors and physical therapists say they treat two to three Yoga injuries each week. Many are neck or knee strains, and shoulder and back injuries.

Instructors say if you're going to get into Yoga to see a professional first. If you get into Yoga at a gym with a top instructor then move to the videos you will minimize your injuries.
