PARIS (AP)--Officials say a man suspected to be a pedophile targeted in a global manhunt has been found in New Jersey.

Interpol says a 58-year-old man, identified as Wayne Corliss, has been detained in Union City. He's suspected of sexually abusing at least three boys from Southeast Asia, some perhaps as young as six years old.

Prosecutors say Corliss admitted to having sex with three boys in Thailand in 2002, and described the experience as, "euphoric".

The capture comes just two days after Interpol made a rare appeal to the public, releasing photos of a gray-haired man in hopes that someone would recognize him.

Interpol says its appeal produced more than 200 leads in the first 24 hours.
