The developer of a what he calls a family friendly horse entertainment building and race track, is grated a postponement in his process to build. He claims technical concerns including roads to and from the development site are a concern.
The Windsor Township site includes about 200 acres of land, and the township planning commission planed on making a recommendation on a special use permit to build there.
But, developer Dorian Lange asked the township to put a hold on it's decision until September 14th.
Those opposing the development say the gambling associated with the track will bring crime and traffic into the area.
