Dale Abronowitz, polling fourth, says he never did the door-knocking and phone calling in this campaign, and he doesn't indeed to start last minute. He did yard work Monday.

Lynne Martinez, polling third, spent the day knocking on doors and handing out literature, reminding people to vote.

Mayor Tony Benavides is coming in second in the polls. He personally spent this Monday attending to his mayoral duties, but you may run into his campaign still Monday evening. They'll be out on street corners with signs and they'll be manning a phone bank all evening.

Finally, there’s Virg Bernero who is the frontrunner at the moment. He says it's important that they don't disappoint when the numbers come back tomorrow. His campaign made phone calls all day, reminding supporters in particular to make it to the polls Tuesday.

Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
