You won't be able to fly straight from Lansing to Ireland--at least not until next year.
A Maryland tour company has delayed plans to fly the Shamrock Express out of Lansing's Capital City Airport this summer.
Back in January, the airport announced non-stop flights from Lansing to Ireland on North American Airways twice a week from June through September.
The tour company blames high gas prices and a lack of planes as reasons for the delay.
The airport hopes to set up flights to Ireland next year.
