Image toning your muscles without actually moving them. That's the claim behind a new therapy some people are trying as an exercise-free way to slim down.
It's called Electric Muscle Stimulator or EMS.
Electrodes are placed over parts of the body a person wants to "spot trim". The electrodes make the muscles contract over and over.
It's makers claim it will tone muscle while burning calories at the same time. However some doctors doubt electricity can make people thinner and worry about potential dangers of untrained people using the device.
