Police are investigating an overnight shooting in Jackson county that sent one man to the hospital, with a non life-threatening gun shot wound.
It happened around 2 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of East Prospect.
According to officers, shots were fired after an argument outside a night club.
Police say the 27-year-old victim is being treated at Allegiance Hospital.
No arrests have been made. Officials say they are following leads on a suspect.
