The suspect in a shooting in downtown Lansing is charged.
24-year old Marcus Jamal Osby was arraigned Sunday on several charges including:: assault with intent to murder, felony assault, and felony firearm.
Police say Osby shot another man early Sunday morning in the 600 block of East Michigan Avenue.
A police officer was patrolling the area when he heard the gun shot and saw the crowd.
Police say they saw Osby running with the gun, and chased him down.
The victim's injuries are non-life threatening.
