The Ingham County Sheriff's Office has located a white van with black doors seen following a child in Delhi Township.
Sgt. Tim O'Neill tells News 10 deputies stopped the vehicle in question Tuesday evening and identified the three men inside. He says the men are not local.
Sgt. O'Neill says a white van with black doors was seen over several days near Wilcox Elementary. Deputies have a report of of the van following a 12-year-old girl home in the area near Wilcox and Eifert. A separate report said three white men unsuccessfully tried to lure children into the van in that area. A witness told deputies the men were heard saying they would try again.
The Ingham Co. Sheriff's Office plans to contact the men in question to determine if a crime occurred.
Sgt. O'Neill says the community should be on alert if they see that vehicle until officers can figure out the intention of the men inside.
