Modeling Tips

Trina McIntyre is president of "Adam's Modeling and Acting School," an agency which has operated in the mid-Michigan area for 30 years. Trina has 17 years, herself. She says if aspiring talent don't want to be taken advantage of, they need to do their homework.

First, she says to get online. Do a 'Google' search of the agency and people they may be getting involved with. You can also go the Better Business Bureau. Make sure you get business cards, addresses, phone numbers, and do reference checks yourself. If you're under 18, have a parent along on all meetings and shoots. Even if you're an adult yourself, if you have any questions at all about your security, bring someone, anyone, along.
