FBI and law enforcement officials say 26-year-old Nathaniel Osbourne was arrested in Flint, MI in connection to the sniper case.
They say he is the co-owner of the blue Chevy Caprice driven by John Allem Muhammad and John Lee Malvo during their series of sniper murders.
Investigators think the snipers may have fired on their victims through a hole bored in the trunk of the car.
At this time, they are calling Osbourne a material witness in the case and haven't charged him as of yet.
Osbourne also shared an apartment with Muhammad in Camden, New Jersey.
Police now want to know what Osbourne knew about the murders. They are trying to determine exactly why he came to Michigan.
