The managerial staff in Delta Township’s Wall-Mart said they are removing a costume some find racially offensive.
The Costume called "Kung Fool" is a comical portrayal of an Asian martial arts fighter, according to its maker Disguise Inc.
The mask of the costume accentuates buckteeth and closed eyes according to some shoppers, and apparently has the word looser inscribed on its headband in another language.
The maker of the outfit apologized for offending anyone and is offering refunds prior to Oct. 30.
Wal-Mart did not return News 10's phone call as to why the costume was in stock originally.
While some Wal-Mart shoppers didn’t see what all the fuss was about the costume, Disguise Inc. says they will no longer be selling it to retailers.
