Democratic candidate for governor, Jennifer Granholm, has finally answered a question she dodged during her last debate with Republican candidate Dick Posthumus.
Granholm says she did not vote on Proposal A. In March of 1994, Michigan voters approved Proposal "A" during a special election. The Proposal deeply cut property taxes and shifted the school funding burden to sales tax.
The Attorney General says she did not cast a vote in that special election.
