The Better Health Store in Frandor is offering some free classes on alternative health care. The Better Health Fair will be presenting classes ranging from yoga, smoke cessation, and natural hormone replacement therapies.
While all presentations use a holistic approach to health care, store managers say those who use traditional medication should use the fair and its presentations as a supplement.
