The rock group the Romantics has filed a federal lawsuit against the company that sells the popular video game "Guitar hero." The suit filed in Detroit says Activision infringes on the band's rights because of the way it uses the 1980 hit song "What I Like About You." The song is one of about 30 featured on "Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the '80s." The video game uses a cover version of "What I Like About You," but the group says it's too close an imitation of the Romantics' version. So far, there's no comment from the game's maker.
