News 10's exclusive Voice of the Voter poll shows that few voters in the GOP presidential primary will be swayed by Governor Snyder's endorsement of Mitt Romney.
According to the poll, 14% of the voters surveyed say they will be likely to vote for Romney because of the endorsement. 22% say the governor's endorsement will actually make them vote for somebody else. A whopping 82% say it doesn't influence them one way or another.
Poll results released yesterday show that Rich Santorum has a narrow lead over Romney. 37% say they will vote for Santorum. 34% favor Romney. That three percent margin is within the poll's 4.9% margin of error.
EPIC/MRA conducted the poll for News 10. It sampled 400 likely voters between February 18 and 21.
