Tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch begins in Jackson,, police officers were in the area of the one-hundred block of West Wilkins, when a subject ran from them.
In their pursuit officers found a nine millimeter handgun that the subject threw on the ground.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office responded to a breaking and entering at the Pakmail shipping service in the 33-hundred block of Spring Arbor Road, someone broke a window to get in,, and made off with some money.
Also from Jackson County, the Columbia Township Police Department is looking for leads in a burglary that occurred on Industrial Drive off U-S 1-27.
Partridge Enterprises was broken into.
A 2006 Yamaha Rhino A-T-V was stolen,, it's red, seats four, and is customized with raised suspension and chrome wheels.
Also stolen were a welder, drill press, torches, a chain saw,, and a circular saw.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office took a theft from vehicle complaint at Lake Lansing Park North in Meridian Township, cash and debit cards were stolen.
They also had a couple of home invasion complaints, one in the 61-hundred block of Halifax, in Delhi Township, a 42-inch plasma T-V was stolen.
The other home invasion happened in Vevay Township, in the 15-hundred block of M-36, a thief made off with a handgun,, a .357 revolver.
