Gibson Named To College Hall of Fame

Former Michigan State wide receiver Kirk Gibson is among ten former players named Monday to the 2017 class of the College Football Hall of Fame. Three coaches are in the field and all will be inducted in New York at a dinner on December 5th. Gibson, who played 17 years of major league baseball, is currently an analyst for Detroit Tigers' telecasts on Fox Sports Detroit. He was a 1978 all American and was named all Big Ten three times leading into that senior season.
