Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash Slow Cooker Oatmeal




Ingredients

• 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice (or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg)
• ½ cup vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
• 1 cup milk or favorite milk substitute
• 1-2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons chia seeds
• 1 cup sweet potato and carrot mash

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Stir thoroughly.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4. Enjoy!
