Rockin Ramen!




Ingredients

Protein-Packed Ramen
• 1 package of ramen, prepared
• 1 can of albacore tuna drained or 1 can of canned chicken drained
• This recipe adds extra protein and if choosing fish, the benefit of some heart healthy fats

Egg-Drop Ramen
• 1 package of ramen
• 1 egg
• While ramen is cooking on stove and water is boiling, crack egg into boiling pot with ramen noodles
• Stir while egg is cooking
• Add spice packet
• If preparing in the microwave, half way thru the cooking process in microwave-safe bowl, add egg and stir vigorously. Continue cooking ramen and egg in microwave. Stir again before you enjoy.
• Eggs add protein, choline and a variety of vitamins and minerals

Vegetable Ramen
• 1 package of ramen noodles
• Frozen bag of mixed vegetables of your choice, you can also use a cup of canned vegetables
• Stir vegetables into ramen during the cooking process
• Vegetables add a variety of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants to your ramen dish
