Pumpkin Pie Smoothie




Ingredients

• 1 cup of ice
• 1 cup of pumpkin pie (with or without crust)
• ½ cup skim milk or milk substitute
• ½ cup Greek plain yogurt
• ¼ cup quick or rolled oats
• 1 tsp. chia seeds, optional
• Optional to garnish or add ¼ cup of favorite nuts, try walnuts, pecans or almonds

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to blender. Process until smooth.
2. Makes two 10 ounce glasses. Enjoy immediately.
