Matcha Ball Energy Bites Mason Jar


• ½ cup raw cashews
• ½ cup raw pistachios, shelled
• 12 dates, pitted
• ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• ¼ cup white chocolate chips
• 2 tsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp. coconut oil


1. Place coconut oil into snack bag. Place all ingredients layered into mason jar with coconut oil on top.
2. Include the follow instructions:
a. Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
b. Process for one minute or until well blended and fully combined
c. Roll into about 14 balls.
d. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
