UPS is bracing itself for a record number of returns after a record number of gifts were bough online this year.

UPS predicts a record 1.4 million packages will be shipped on January 3rd, which is also known as "National Returns Day" among UPS employees.
That would be up nearly 10% from January 3rd of this year.
